Purpose

The Academic Liaison is responsible for helping to build the database of qualified adjunct faculty on the APL platform, fulfill Custom Matches for Partner institutions, prequalify Custom Matches, and maintain relationships with department users.

Responsibilities

  • Use talent-sourcing channels to find and recruit qualified experts to teach as adjunct faculty;
  • Work with department users to submit Custom Matches and verify information;
  • Communicate with matches to confirm their interest, avaialbity and willingness to teach for a partner school;
  • Report activity and track correspondence and otter communications on CRM;
  • Cultivar relationships with adjuncts and users and provide excellent customer service

General Requirements

  • Supervise up to: 0 to direct/indirect reports
  • Travel: Approximate 10% per year
  • Availability: This position provides reasonable individual schedule flexibility and periodically requires a physical presence in the office during normal business hours.
  • Location: Position is located in the Valparaiso, Indiana area (office or home)
