Purpose

The Inside Sales Support Representative is a self-motivated, problem-solving and organized member of the Sales team that provides Partner Consultants with relevant, accurate and actionable information needed to provide robust demonstrations with sales leads.

Responsibilities

  • Use CRM tools to upload customer lists, manage responses and schedule appointments as appropriate;
  • Pre-qualify leads and provide relevant research to Partner Consultants;
  • Develop, run and modify reports within CRM tool;
  • Other support to the outside sales team as assigned.

General Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 Years of Inside Sales or relevant Sales Experience, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Supervise up to: 0 to direct/indirect reports
  • Travel: Approximate 10% per year
  • Availability: This position provides reasonable individual schedule flexibility and periodically requires a physical presence in the office during normal business hours.
  • Location: Position is located in the Valparaiso, Indiana area (office or home)
