Janet Randerson has served in higher education administration since 2006 and is currently the Director of Faculty Development at Colorado Christian University. With over 10 years of online teaching experience coupled with her own experience as an online learner, Janet understands the needs of both faculty and learners. This experience informs her approach to faculty development initiatives and building smart higher education business practices. Janet is working on a Doctoral degree in Higher Education Administration, holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Training. Janet is passionate about supporting and inspiring online faculty to use their God-given talents to create dynamic and meaningful online learning environments.
