Valparaiso, Indiana – APL nextED, the leading Academic Operations Platform serving higher education institutions, announced today the appointment of Stewart McMillan to its Board of Directors. Mr. McMillan is the former CEO of Task Force Tips, a global manufacturer and distributor of fire fighting equipment and related products, sold to Madison Industries in 2017. He also founded the Multi Agency Academic Cooperative (MAAC) Foundation as a non-profit training campus for training Firefighters, Law Enforcement and EMS Personnel. Mr. McMillan was appointed by Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb to the Ivy Tech State Board of Trustees.
