For some, where you start in your career isn’t really where you’re meant to end up. For Kathy Gibson, her transition from the legal profession to higher education to entrepreneurship was a humbling and eye-opening experience.
After years juggling the courtroom and a busy family, she decided to pursue a career that was a better fit for her life, at that time, but was equally stimulating and challenging. So, she set her sights on higher education. During her tenure as an educator and then a dean, Kathy became aware of the challenges faced by adjunct professors and universities in connecting for teaching positions. This realization lead her to turn her focus toward entrepreneurship and building a company to solve this problem.
