Jamienne S. Studley has joined the APL nextED Board of Advisors. An advocate for students, civil rights activist, and public engagement expert, Ms. Studley has served in the U.S. Department of Education as a deputy and acting general counsel, deputy and acting under secretary, and chair of the national advisory panel on accreditation.
Her impressive background in higher education also includes serving as President of Skidmore College, Associate Dean and Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School, and Board Member of the Association of American Colleges and Universities. She also taught as an adjunct professor at Stanford and UC Berkeley Law Schools.
