APL nextED offers two methods of integration: file import/export or API connections. Institutions can leverage either method to integrate APL with other systems on campus such as the SIS, LMS, HR and payroll software. APL nextED can also integrate with your SSO provider. Users will access their APL account using their institution granted SSO credentials.

Yes, we provide extensive user training. Our institution partners work with APL nextED team members to learn how to most effectively use the APL platform. We offer guided video tutorials and other hands-on user training. We are always working with our partners to make our platform easier to use and more intuitive.

Security and data safety are one of the highest priorities of APL. Advanced monitoring, logical backups, intrusion detection, vulnerability scans, centralized log aggregation, user activity monitoring, secure coding practices, extended validation SSL encryption, employee access procedures and regular password rotation are among the many procedures and policies in place to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive user information. APL does not store sensitive billing information at all, and is, therefore, an exception from advanced PCI evaluations and attestations.
