Changes within higher education institutions often pass through many channels before reaching a final decision. Georgia Gwinnett College President Jann Joseph has emphasized making their decision processes more transparent to create a more cohesive campus community. Dr. Joseph actively works with her cabinet and other campus leaders to continually keep faculty and students informed about ongoing campus affairs through various channels and initiatives.

President Jann Joseph joins host Kathleen Gibson to detail Georgia Gwinnett College’s methods to increase transparency and strengthen the relationships between its faculty, staff, and students.

Dr. Jann L. Joseph has spent her career working to increase educational opportunities and student success. She was named president of Georgia Gwinnett College in 2019. Previously, she held faculty and administrative positions at various institutions, including Grand Valley State University, Eastern Michigan University, and Indiana University – South Bend. Dr. Joseph has a diverse background of many professional and personal affiliations and currently serves on the board of several organizations.
