She and her colleagues have successfully created a culture where faculty and student needs come first. 

Dr. Jill Langen joins host Kathleen Gibson to detail practical methods Baker College has utilized to unite their faculty. Dr. Langen also shares ways Baker College prioritizes holistic support for faculty members beyond traditional professional development course options.

Dr. Jill Langen is currently the Provost for Baker College and has 30 years of experience in higher education. She joined Baker College in 1999 and has filled a variety of positions in her tenure. In her role as Provost, Dr. Langen is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and administrative oversight to eight academic colleges/schools and several academic departments.
