This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by APL when you use the services provided on or in connection with www.aplnexted.com (our "Service"), how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given them in our Terms and Conditions. The use of information collected through our Service shall be limited to the purpose of providing our Service to you.

You may also export your Candidates to an Excel spreadsheet to make it easier to manage. Information about additional users you wish to allow access to our Service may include their name and email address. Do not include sensitive information, such as your social security number or banking information.

If you upload a picture or video, please note that this photo or video may be seen by users of the site and the institutions to which you have submitted your application.
When you download and use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, operating system version, and the device identifier (or "UDID").
Cookies Information
When you visit our Service, we may send one or more cookies — a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters — to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets APL help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. A cookie may also convey anonymous information about how you browse our Service to us. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser's directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of our Service may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.
Log File Information
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you access a web page. When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.
Clear Gifs Information
When you use our Service, APL or our third-party analytics providers may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our users anonymously and help us better manage content on our site by informing us of what content is effective. No personally identifiable information from your APL account is collected using these clear gifs. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.
Tracking Across Third-Party Websites
We do not track our users across third-party websites. However, some third-party websites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, certain website browsers allow you to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.
Third-Party Services
APL uses third-party analytics services to help understand use of our Service. These third-party analytics services collect the information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, including cookies and your IP address. Their use of this information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Information
If you are an Employer: we use the personal information you submit to create your account, allow you to add Candidates and other users, operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of our Service. We use this information to allow you to better manage who is able to access our Service, view resumes, view posted jobs, create a new job, determine who may be the right fit as a Candidate for the positions you have open, and to contact you in response to your inquiries.
If you are a Candidate User: we use the personal information you submit to create your account, allow you to view, respond to, and save job postings, allow Employers to respond to your job posting responses, allow you to post and share your resume on our Service, provide you with job recommendations, and to contact you in response to your inquiries.
By providing APL your email address, you consent to our using the email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. You may use your email preferences or follow opt-out instructions to stop non-essential messages. You may not opt out of Service-related emails.
APL may use certain information about you and/or your User Content internally for purposes such as analyzing how our Service is used, diagnosing service or technical problems, maintaining security, and personalizing content.
How We Share Your Information
Personally Identifiable Information
APL will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information with third parties other than as disclosed within this Privacy Policy. APL may share your personally identifiable information with third parties who are assisting us in providing our Service to you, such as credit card processors, customer service providers, and email service providers. If we do this, such third parties' use of your information will be bound by this Privacy Policy.
Any personal information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to our Service, such as User Content, becomes available to the public. If you remove information that you posted to our Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages.
As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings, including those related to our Service. If we sell some or all of our Service, the buyer may need information about users of the Service in order to continue operating it.
Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, APL will not disclose personal information to any third party unless required by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to conform to the law, enforce our Terms and Conditions, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of APL, our Users or others.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain APL services.
How We Protect Your Information

We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to APL or guarantee that your information on our Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
To protect your privacy and security, we take industry-standard reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to your email communications from APL.
When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Data is also stored in an encrypted form.
Compromise of Personal Information
In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, APL will promptly notify those persons whose personal information has been compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Your Choices About Your Information
You may decline to submit personally identifiable information through our Service, in which case APL may not be able to provide certain services to you. You may update, delete inaccuracies, or correct your account information and email preferences at any time by logging in to your account and selecting email/password.
